Training of Trainer (TOT) Program
Course Duration:
45 hours, 10 days,
4.5 hours per session.
This program equips you to become competent trainers who can train Pre-School Teachers and Day Care Facilitators. This profession has a high demand in the Pre-School and Day Care ecosystem, which has significantly increased after the launch of the New Education Policy, 2020.

Trainers are skilled Pre School / Day Care Facilitators who have an understanding of child development, classroom management, parent counselling coupled with an exceptional ability to communicate effectively.
Trainer's Eligibility

2 years of working with Pre-School children & BSc in ECE/HD, or

5 years of working with Pre-School children & a certificate in ECE from a reputed institute
